Sorry ladies, at 34, I am right where Joss Stone is. I alwyas wanted the fairytale: husband, 3-4 kids, and that house with the white picket fence. It's exactly what my parents told me to go out and get after I graduated college. Now, after watching way too many of my friends and family members marriages come and go, and experiencing relationships where I felt pressured to jump into a marriage because that's what society (and my parents/family) have told me to do, I am a happy single soon-to-be mom (Through DI). Although it would be nice to be back in a relationship, its difficult (and think more so at this age than it has in the past) to meet someone who want's to take the time to truly develop a solid relationship. So why not do the process out of order, and start with having kids first? In the end, you still end up in the same place.
