A Behind-the-scenes look at the recording of the charity single "We are the oceans"

The world's oceans are under threat from overfishing, marine pollution or climate change, and as awareness is raised of this fact, soul singer Joss Stone is playing her part with the song We are the Oceans.

The single, which is released on July 14, was recorded and produced by Stone in collaboration with global collective We Are the Oceans (WATO).

In this behind-the-scenes video, Stone sings lyrics calling for change with regards to our environmental actions: Can’t you hear the ocean cry/ Calling out to be revived/ take a stand. We all need to make a plan/ reverse effects of common man. Open your eyes.

Stone said: “The song is about making a change and if enough people change their habits it WILL make a difference.” Read the full story here.
